These terms govern the use of the Digelia app and website. By using them, you accept these terms.

Purpose of the service

Digelia provides a tool for tracking dietary and digestive wellbeing. The service is provided “as is”, for personal information and tracking purposes.

Digelia is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a healthcare professional. The insights provided are indicative. When in doubt, consult a doctor.

User account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities carried out from your account. You agree to provide accurate information.

Subscription and free trial

Full access to Digelia’s features (journal, analyses, history, export…) is provided through a single subscription. There are no tiers: one subscription unlocks every feature.

Free trial. As soon as you create your account, you get 7 days of full access, with no credit card and no payment method to enter. No amount is charged automatically: when the trial ends, feature access is paused until you choose to subscribe. Your account and data are kept.

Prices. The subscription is offered at €8.99 per month or €49.99 per year (France prices, taxes included). The price applicable in your country, in your currency and including taxes, is shown by the App Store or Google Play before you confirm payment; it may vary by country and platform terms.

Payment and renewal. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), acting as sellers. Once subscribed, the subscription renews automatically for the same duration unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The corresponding amount is charged at the start of each new period via your Apple or Google account.

Cancellation. You can turn off renewal at any time from the subscription settings of your App Store or Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; no pro-rata refund is due for the current period, except where required by applicable law or the platform’s policy.

Right of withdrawal. The subscription concerns digital content and services supplied immediately. By requesting immediate access to the service, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s or Google’s policies depending on your purchase platform.

Payment data. Payment is processed by Apple or Google; Digelia never has access to your payment card details. Your subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, as described in our privacy policy.

Liability

Digelia cannot be held liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the information provided by the app. You use the service at your own responsibility.

Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of your use.

Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)

If you access the App via Apple’s App Store, your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
